First Protocol Logistics was founded with a singular purpose: to make trade across Zambia's borders simpler, faster, and fully compliant. Too many businesses lose time and money to clearance delays, incorrect documentation, and clearing agents who go quiet the moment a shipment gets complicated.
We built First Protocol around the opposite of that experience — meticulous documentation, direct engagement with ZRA, and straight communication that treats every shipment, whether it's a single imported vehicle or a fleet of trucks, as if it were our own.
