Duff Sibanda

Overseer of Global Standards & Clearing Systems — Canadian Liaison Office

Based in Canada, Duff brings over 15 years of international operations experience from some of the world's most demanding environments, including senior engineering roles with Schlumberger in Saudi Arabia, real-time operations coordination with Talisman Energy in Canada, and project management across the Middle East, North Africa, and West Africa.

Throughout his career, Duff has coordinated the movement of critical equipment and materials across multiple countries and regulatory environments, Iraq, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Cameroon, and Canada, where precision, documentation, and compliance were never optional. He holds a certification in Customs Compliance Training and now oversees our global clearing standards, ensuring every shipment moving through our network meets internationally recognized regulatory and customs benchmarks.

Emile Steenkamp

Standards Officer

Manages the Pretoria Office and based in the Netherlands, Emile brings years of hands on experience moving goods across Europe and coordinating shipments from China and Japan. He oversees our Pretoria office, holding every process, from documentation to final delivery, to internationally recognized standards.

While a dedicated team on the ground handles the day to day operations in Pretoria, Emile provides the oversight and standards guidance that keep the office aligned with our global benchmarks.

His role is simple but exacting: no matter where a shipment starts or ends, it should meet the same rigorous benchmark. It's this outside perspective, paired with deep logistics expertise, that keeps our operations sharp and globally credible.
